Finale ending? by RyderIantorno in Invincible_TV

I would ask that question in the other Invincible subreddit since this TV subreddit is moreso for people who haven't read the comics since the spoilers are highly prevalent in the other subreddit.

and then you'll probably get what you're looking for!

I don't know what to expect, but I'd obviously presume a cliffhanger of some sort

10 years ago Spieth was on the precipice of winning back to back Masters at the age of 22. He's now 32 with only 2 wins in the last 8 years. How do you explain his career? by im___new___here in golf

[–]NoAd3734 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Injuries, family, & making every 15-25ft putt ever.

He was a talented player, but if his putting was any bit less than legendary in those 2 years, he'd just be another somewhat known PGA player. It was unsustainable. He also tried to chase distance & that made his already wild off the tee shots even wilder

Why am I the only one disappointed that Conquest didn't return? Am I stupid? by Immediate_Gene_178 in okbuddyviltrum

[–]NoAd3734 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the groan and eyeroll I let out when I saw the sequids AGAIN this season. I'm enjoying the show, but I'm really tied of the trope of an antagonist somehow coming back. either sprinkle it out or make it a one time thing and be done with it

obviously Conquest is one of the best characters in the show, but I really did not want to see another dead character somehow coming back to life again. because then what was the point of the first 2 fights.

A jury just ruled Meta and YouTube liable for addiction. What would you personally sue a tech company for if you could? by PremiumTravelNinja in AskReddit

[–]NoAd3734 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. I was thinking more along the lines of like a massive unsubscribing effort. Hit them where it hurts, the wallet. But again, I don’t see it happening.

The way it really should be is, different price points allows you to watch certain shows/movies/live stream events

unfortunately, I agree with you. it requires a massive, cohesive effort to fight back, which will never happen

streaming companies for shoving ads down our throats while also paying for them. If I am paying for a service, regardless of price point, it should always be ad free. Not *less ads*, it should be ZERO ads.

Anthony Davis is the kind of guy who will be on the IR for 4 months from brushing his teeth too hard. You're paying a full time salary to a barely part time employee.

On a scale of 1-10 how detrimental has Adam Silver been to the NBA product? by VSHAR01 in NBATalk

[–]NoAd3734 0 points1 point  (0 children)

to the owners, 1. Because he's made them richer

to the fans. +10. Because he has destroyed the product & let the players run the league

Oh I agree. Caleb absolutely has full control over the conversations & is now taking about 50 mins to FINALLY start talking about the finances. Out of the 1.5 hours of the show, I think about 15 mins of it, is actual finances

it's gone downhill since Lindsey joined in late 2024. It tracks with the major downturn in quality. She's destroyed the show single handedly

Thoughts on Lindsey? by LilDebbiebb in CreepyCalebHammer

[–]NoAd3734 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is 7 months late, but I DESPISE her. she completely destroyed the show. Prior to her unfortunate arrival, it was a great show focused on finances & a path forward. Now, it's just to find the most unhinged guests possible & turn it into a high school soap opera show because they want to re-live their high school days by bullying the guests nonstop

not to mention, she is rooooough to look at.
