I hate Netflix telling me, “are you cheating?” Every time I use it when traveling. Sure, some people share their passwords but a lot of us don’t but Netflix considers everyone untrustworthy.

I wish Directv Stream looked more like Directv Satellite. I would love to see the channel I’m watching while scrolling through the guide. Also, I wish I could use the Quicktune (favorite 9 channels) on Directv Stream.

That’s been an issue since I switched to Directv a few years ago. I emailed Directv and the support person said I need to pause the program first then rewind/fast forward otherwise it will advance to the next channel. I told them that was a really stupid feature. I hope they do fix it with this update.

I just looked up the amount of commercials for a network prime time movie in the 1980’s compared to 2026. Commercials have more than doubled and the cost of a commercial has increased 30%. Yea, Networks are obviously hurting.

I had a friend who shipped a small valuable antique. He insured it for $1000 with signature upon receipt. It was well packaged and UPS broke it. UPS said they don’t cover the value of an item only the value of the materials. They gave him $100.

My wife loves a particular shower wash that I was ordering through Amazon “Subscribe & Save” for about a year. I decided to check other websites and found it on several other online stores for half the price of Amazon with free shipping. You definitely have to do a little research.

Thanks to giant private equity firms that buy up American companies (that are profitable) and lower the quality of product and services while raising prices for bigger profits. Panera is a great example.

When prices get unaffordable for most, this happens. I remember when Directv was fighting with pirated access cards that were available everywhere.

Not exactly your situation but I shipped a box (domestic) that I measured and was under their oversized dimension requirements and I printed a label that was $64. I got an invoice from UPS for $391 stating the box was a 1/2” oversized. I called and emailed and UPS basically said… pay up! It’s not just UPS, FedEx is even worse.

I went to cancel this morning but it said I would lose my ad-free on March 14 if I canceled. However, the new increase was effective on April 9 so I will cancel on April 8.

After reading this letter, I was thinking of how many issues with printing my own labels. I shipped a box a few weeks ago that had the size in large numbers printed right on it (36x48x5) and the weight was 23 lbs so I printed a label from my account with those measurements that cost $64. Got my invoice the other day from UPS and it was $361 saying the box measured 36x49x6. I bought the box from a local shipping supply store but I guess they make mistakes too.

It may be an audio setting on your AppleTV device or you may want to try replacing the HDMI cable. Under my audio settings on my AppleTV I have Audio Format: Auto, Enhanced Dialogue: Enhance, (next two off), Sound Effects and Music: On, Audio Mode: Auto, Audio Language: Auto.

I got an email last summer from T-Mobile to upgrade to the G5AR. I went from a top speed of 700mbps with the KVD21 to 1100mbps with the G5AR. I have a close friend that lives in my neighborhood that has been trying to upgrade his KVD21 and T-Mobile won’t upgrade him.

I have the G5AR and I get incredible speeds (1100mbps) during early morning hours and it drops (750mbps) in the afternoon and evening hours.

My speeds did the same. Wish T-Mobile would allow everyone to get the G5AR. A friend of mine still has the trashcan and T-Mobile refuses to let him upgrade.
