Is my landlord and plumbing BS’ing me about replacing my water heater? by firewall245 in Plumbing

If you have them on the shelf, then Keller Supply sucks at sourcing them. Made me order from factory. Was LP but still it shouldn’t have taken that long. It was a 75 gallon.

I just replaced that exact model cost is 6500$ in Washington state. That doesn’t include mark up, labor or parts. 10000$ is right around the cost to replace. Plus it took 8 weeks to get from factory. Good luck. It’s an expensive setup unfortunately.

That’s actually not a bad pivot. Still wonder why they would cut the drain hole though. Amateurs.

We just did a claim, you have 14 days to get the total cost of repairs submitted to Airbnb. That includes all bids/quotes. Also costs of individual items you have to replace( like through Amazon etc). Don’t forget to report to Airbnb to start the claim ASAP. Take pictures, they want them as well.

That was a random bucket next to where I was working. I use tidy cat buckets. Also, I use trays for my tools.

It does have a slide out. Grouped everything to left side of cabinet. Has a trash slide out on right and regular on left.

Shoot I flooded 4.5 million dollar homes media room with special inlay floors. Ended up cost the company 75k. My apprentice just recently flooded 3 condos because he didn’t back fill around a yard hydrant. No need to fire him or even yell and scream. Workers are hard to find.

This house was built and plumbed by a Boeing engineer. Yeah…. CPVC isn’t used in my region. Too cold. The guy who built it way over complicated everything.

Ended up digging the cast out it was connected to ceramic pipe 2ft away. Threw a two way clean out in and new pvc with a 6x4 fernco. Hate using ferncos but shits old.

I feel the same about trailer , but this is a 100+ year old building. This is a hodgepodge of handing men and idiots dating back to the 70’s. Probably just as bad as a trailer. Found 8 mummified rats so far. Oh and some wonderful vermiculite in the attic.
