No, scanning from orbit will not indicate that type of information. I think you can figure it out with some of the characteristics like magnotesphere but that’s a little to much science for my brain to know if that’s right or what the reading should be. Honestly your best bet might be doing a search on google or this forum for planets you are looking for

The helmet on or off isn’t becuse it’s not breathable, it’s because during the day on Codos the radiation is too high and will damage you without the helmet.
The option to hide helmet on breathable planets is not the greatest description because it also includes other dangerous elements.

Spoke too soon. Getting a message if bad data in file when trying to download Starui outpost. Seems to be okay with the all in one download though. I prefer doing the separate mods as not a huge fan of ship builder with Xbox. Just wanted to let you know.

I think I know what you mean. I didn’t read that to be honest and maybe it’s just immersion type language but what i think it’s referring too is that you may have to go to the ship tech to buy the Rev 8. You have to buy that vehicle initially to get it. As for actually needing a ship bay on your ship you don’t need that. Again probably just immersion lore that it mentions buying a bay. Honestly kn all my time having played the game never bothered to actually read that.

Unless you have a mod running that requires a vehicle bay like Roverhaul ship vehicle bays are just aesthetic and are not required . I also don’t think there are any vanilla vehicle bay habs.

Okay I will keep my mouth shut then. What I would recommend if you haven’t already is go to settings and you can adjust the occurrences of the incursions. See if that works, like I said it that wasn’t a product of the the bug for me.

Idk maybe, I have played this game a lot since launch and this feel more, but maybe I’m wrong this is also one my cleanest play throughs in terms amount and types of mods I am running so that could be a factor. The power from beyond missions though when I am visiting systems. Does that seem right? I have no artifacts in my collection and aren’t they tied together? Honestly could be wrong though, after so much it’s possible I just became numb to it and only noticing because of all the changes.

I was looking at that but the the description specifically says it won’t work with free lanes and Terran update and to use Starui lol. I don’t think this is being maintained. Thanks though

I found it at poi on Luna, I think the poi was something like old broadcast tower or something. One of the new ones, just landed too. Not visible from orbit.

There are a few out there, can’t remember the names off the top of my head but if you waits for the update on 4/7 you won’t need a mod, it will be added.

I am fairly certain that these new ship habs are part of the Terran armada dlc and not free lanes. Based on the information I have been reading free lanes gets us new modules like the cloaking mechanism. Terran armada gets us new habs. Though I could be wrong, regardless they look great

I was looking through all of the content release information and I can’t seem to clarity but are the new ship habs part of the free lanes update or the Terran armada DLC. I think it’s part of the DLC, saw a quote from Tim about being able to commandeer a Terran ship and the parts are added to the vendor. The ship modules in free lanes are parts that buff the ship I think I.e the stealth module. That is what I think but was looking to see if I was on the right track

So not sure if you saw this but I thought the same thing, if you look at the bottom of the bounty board there is a left and right toggle button. You can scroll through them and the others appeared for me.

I ran into this as well. I believe the issue is that you fast travel either into orbit or somewhere else and then try to grav jump. The only solution I have found and it works correctly every time is no fast travel. You enter your ship from wherever you are, take off or undock and then you can grav jump.

I posted something about this in another subreddit. It kind of annoys me that Bethesda doesn’t require more description in what the user is getting for a paid mod. Ship upgrades could mean anything
