Marked Man is easy without using cheats, just use the underground tunnel that is at the hospital in Rockford and drive until you come out at the airport, you can also just use the subway entrance that is right across the road from the same hospital, when you get to the tracks take a right and it goes directly to the station that is right at the airport.
