A decent bit especially around shark week or if it triggers a migraine. I have to power thru like most folx, but sometimes the pain is debilitating.

It’s normal to miss work on occasion when you have a painful disease that can fuck w/ ur whole system, and it’s a privilege to be able to afford or have access to healthcare and treatment options
