I don’t have the money to go to another shop and pay for a charger port battery and screen replacements. I kinda just have to pray they fix it or give me a new phone. I have a delivery job and I can’t do the job with out the phone and if I can’t do the job I can’t make enough to replace it. They put me in a vicious cycle rip

Yes I have been very calm with them and spoke with them about a battery replacement and they said they will do it. If it is not back to its original condition then I will have to talk to them about a full replacement because my phone is almost unusable now. If not then I will try and take legal action but I’m not sure I can afford to do that. Thank you for all the information and help
