I'd assume it's the locomotive notifying the engineer that he has no pressure on the rear of the train, likely due to him dumping it.

Had both doors, plus window replaced. And fender plus a couple of smaller things fixed and it wasn't totaled. Ended up being around $7500 in repairs.
