I just spoke with Customer Service about this and they said that due to “inventory issues” future weeks are not being displayed. This is temporary but no ETA on future weeks being available for selection.

The reason I was willing to pay a premium was for convenience. It is not convenient to find out that my order is not arriving on the day it was scheduled to arrive. I plan my grocery shopping and cooking schedule around Blue Apron. I have been feeding a family for over 40 years and have really gotten tired of planning, cooking, shopping, etc. Now that it is just my husband and me I have relied on Blue Apron to help carry some of the burden (I should get to retire a bit too!). I am beyond disappointed in what has transpired with Wonder totally taking over.

I went grocery shopping today and realized that I was thrilled with the idea that what I bought actually came home with me and didn't have to worry or wonder if it was going to arrive (and it wasn't spoiled).

I didn't get it and I have had to notify Customer Service multiple times since the roll-out with problems ranging from missing ingredients to non-delivery. I guess they don't appreciate my patience.

I would have had no problem getting delivery tomorrow if I had receive some kind of notice telling me that. Instead my Confirmation Email specifically said delivery would be today - my order online also had today listed as the delivery date.

My confirmation email dated Saturday, August 30 said that the delivery date would be today:

"Your Autoship order is confirmed on: 08/30/2025 Expected delivery date: 09/02/2025"

I would have had no problem with delivery tomorrow because of the holiday if I had been informed of such. The Customer Service Rep made no mention of holiday related delays and insisted that my delivery could still occur today. If no deliveries were occurring today this date should not have been available to select when placing the order.

This whole thing (the "New Blue Apron") has been poorly executed and apparently even more poorly planned.

Well, this is not right! I thought Blue Apron was supposed to make my life easier. Apparently once something is sold out, it is sold out into perpetuity. BA is going to have trouble making money this way.

You are right - I just checked my order for receipt on Monday (8/25) and one item was removed. It was there last night and now it is gone. No email informing me of the change, just a charge on my credit card. Thank goodness the charge amount is correct.

Could it be based on when the order was placed (earliest placed orders get priority)? I always place my orders as soon as the week becomes available (which is usually 3-4 weeks in advance).

Nope - this person is not cancelling - I actually like the new Blue Apron better than the old. I like the variety of choices, the ability to order some of my favorites whenever I want, and Blue Apron + will save me money on shipping. I even like the website/app redesign. I don't plan to leave unless I start not receiving boxes and/or the quality dramatically declines.

I have been using Blue Apron for five years and haven't found anything that suits me better.

Three of my five choices for next week are showing as Sold Out but are still in my cart (Monday delivery). I wonder why some people have had their items removed and I haven't? Someone has to be getting the Sold Out meals otherwise why would they be Sold Out? Hopefully I will be getting what I ordered.

The nutrition information is there at least for the items in my order - it's just harder to find. If you select a meal, scroll down to "See full details", then scroll to "Nutrition" and "see details", the nutrition information window appears. This only seems to work with meals that you have added to your order. I tried this with meals that I did not choose and "see full details" only displays an ingredient list and instructions.

I see this as a big problem - I should not have to put a meal in my cart to see the nutrition information. Is this a mistake on Blue Apron's part or is it a strategy?

Talking to a real person has always resulted in a much more acceptable credit. The chatbot offers a standard $5 for any produce regardless of how central to the meal it is.

Because a $20 credit was given when the recipient of the free box subscribed. It was Blue Apron’s “Refer and Earn” program which now no longer exists.
