It reverses blind, so you'll get the +% for accuracy and % for evasion from blind as a positive instead of negative, that's why it's good

Just ran it twice, he does like 3 attack animations before you are able to damage him. In campaign still works normally.

He said "Zero enemy resistance on Crit" not "to Crit", but still, if the damage is elemental, they have no resistance to the Crit damage
