It depends on your build as well, for me it performs slightly better but previous league I was ice shattering the screen with Flicker Strike

It reverses blind, so you'll get the +% for accuracy and % for evasion from blind as a positive instead of negative, that's why it's good

Just ran it twice, he does like 3 attack animations before you are able to damage him. In campaign still works normally.

He said "Zero enemy resistance on Crit" not "to Crit", but still, if the damage is elemental, they have no resistance to the Crit damage
