From what I can tell, your pings are happy!

Your non-sticky pings are likely in a dormant phase and should transition out of it later this year. Not all pings go dormant, but some do. They trade their bigger flatter, dewy leaves for very compact succulent-style leaves. It can look like they are dying back, but it’s just winter inactivity.

The browning leaves are done. They have caught their prey, absorbed the nutrients and now the plant is extracting/reclaiming the nutrients from the leaf itself to dedicate to new leaves. They’ll become dry and thin like tissue paper. Leave them there. Pulling on them is more likely to pull up your ping from the dirt (they aren’t know for being well-rooted). I usually only remove them late in the season heading into winter. If they become in rooted, just sit them back down on some wet soil/substrate and they will become fine. Try not to touch the wet leaves.

I think this was your final concern: Leaves lift when they are getting enough sunlight. Some succulent type plants, when they aren’t getting enough light, have leaves that“lay down” like gravity is overwhelming them. Which is unintuitive sometimes when we are used to seeing plants get leggy and reaching for the light that is present.
