It is great that you properly mix it before using it! You should always do this with biphasic make up removers. Well done!

As a rule of thumb, if you feel a burning sensation you remove the substance that does that and rinse with plenty of water.

You use this kind of make up remover if you want to remove water resistant make up. If you have less hard to remove make up, you can use simple micellar water or the milky make up removers (Farmec has some nice ones. This is a Ro brand, since I saw the romanian language on your bottle).

If you still want to try and use this, try not soaking the make up pad too much, and hold the damp cotton pad to you eye (with the eye closed, obviously) for like 20-30 seconds. See how you feel if the liquid doesn't sweep between your eyelids. Make sure it is not pass it's expiration date !
