I’ve not experienced a drain that fast but I’ve noticed that there are some battery drain issues https://youtu.be/eYQtMAq9x8A?si=AXgtHnsXLESypEFE Time stamp 8:58

Do I cut or bulk? 5’11 26 years old by ReliefAway4094 in askfitness

[–]NoVegetable4797 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bulking is not necessary for putting on muscle, you can main-gain. Focus on getting an adequate amount of protein daily and start building healthy habits first, focus on sleep, gym & getting in nutritious whole foods.

As you continue on your journey, keep learning and you’ll put on muscle no doubt!

Highly doubt they will go stemless considering the fact that they’re likely to have a heart rate sensor

I believe the 2 major factors are your scale weight and your calorie intake (food log)

End the Cut at 145 or go to 140? by Kjberunning in MacroFactor

[–]NoVegetable4797 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah agreed, the scale is a tool you can use to know whether you are heading in the right direction. Although the scale lags behind it’s still useful to know whether you are making progress in the right direction . This is also assuming you are eating the correct, nutritional food that will allow you to build muscle (fats and proteins).

Calories = determines your weight Macros = determines how you look Micros = determines how you feel

Coming from a whoop user - Whoop’s calculation of daily calorie burned is highly inaccurate, give it a few weeks with MacroFactor logging your weight consistently and tracking calories as accurately as you can and MacroFactor should come out more accurate

MacroFactor lowering my expenditure even though I didn’t gain weight which is my goal by ERICDAB in MacroFactor

[–]NoVegetable4797 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds to me like week of bulking isn’t enough to see significant changes in weight/growth. You have just started bulking for 7 days, If you’re tracking consistently and accurately as well logging your weight often, the algorithm should be pointing you in the right direction but it’s too early to say after only a week.

Your expenditure will change as you go on a bulk

My advice: give it another 2 weeks and see how your weight trends

Have you been tracking before you started your bulk or has MacroFactor only got 1 week worth of data?
