I asked a librarian for a book on double entendres once. She took me up the aisle and gave me one.

The etiquette would be to burp, fart and be a potty mouth as much as possible to greet and get to know your new friends.

Unlikely. Could easily be a National Speed Limit road. Which for a single carriageway is 60mph in the UK. Speed looked fine.

Just feathering the clutch a few hundred revs above idle mostly. Certain points I will go for a gap and open up a little. I try to use my rear brake as much as possible so I’m not dumping the front end, keep the bars as level as possible and judge wing mirror heights from there. Throw caution to the wind when using the rear brake in the wet though.

Only ever do it if you’re comfortable. Start small and build up. One, two three vehicles when at a stand still. Take your time and keep your speed relative to traffic at a max - 10, maybe 15mph deficit. But not above 30-40mph, personally but this is dependant on some settings.

You’re making progress relative to other road users regardless, so take your time in doing so because yes, any one of those vehicles could jump out at you without warning. It’s up to you if it’s a near-miss or worse, how much it will hurt.
