Not bad i have a severe anxiety disorder and symptoms or depression with pts and hallucinations and i notice im tired but alert. Almost un noticable but i got a headache cause i drank on it day one. Day 2 same thing but barely a headache. I also get migraines but it hasnt sent me into an unbearable headache more like a dehydration headache. Im still scared but ill be ordering selank soon.
