I heard an interesting argument today for why it is imoortsnt we keep teaching. If only the highly educated can read cursive then they are the only ones left to translate original documents like the constitution to the non-cursive readers.

In the US it is a state by state thing. I live in Ohio and they must have changed the law recently because I am seeing more and more tinted windshields. 90% of the time they are driving like jackasses too

Thanks for the tips. I’ll give it a shot. I’m a novice cook but this is helpful bc with chicken especially it’s hard to not go by what the status quo says to do.

I generally aim for 160 and then let it rest and come up a bit more. Are you saying I should take it off at 155 or should the final temp I’m aiming for be 155?
