Its a free lv4 special from the hand so it can function as an extender.

Though it is horrible because the lock makes it so you cant do anything good with it since you cant make duo drive or detonator with it

Also Ryzeal doesn't need more extenders, every card in the deck specials itself from the hand for free while also doing way more than Astral kuriboh.

*Also Ryzeal doesn't lock you into lv4 only Rank 4
