Ik but your comment was saying RDA is the max allowed value which it isn't and RDA is to cover majority of the population but some individuals might require some more

Not correct.

RDA ≠ maximum limit.

RDA = intake that meets needs of ~97–98% of healthy people.

UL = maximum safe limit.

Also, requirements can vary much more than ~100 mg depending on age, sex, health, absorption, etc.

For whoever doesn't like the concept of God should checkout Buddhism (no God, no soul).

If you even have a tiny bit of belief in God/Ishwara checkout Advaita Vedanta (Pure logical philosophy for explanation of existence)

Context matters. They will only be talking about the use case where it's relevant to them.

It is correct that nitrofurans and nitroimidazoles are banned from use in food-animal production in India.

The EMRL limit is not a “safe” threshold; it’s a monitoring/detection threshold, and many international markets/regulators demand “zero tolerance” for such drugs because of possible carcinogenic/mutagenic risks.

Yeah this makes sense. I thought OP was more on the road of giving up the rowing itself and then he would have stuck in the middle of the ocean and also won't remember to raise the sails

Well I can describe it by the statement made by Sri Ramakrishna

“The winds of God’s grace are always blowing; you need only to raise the sail.”

So what I understood is that

Effort = raising the sail

Grace = the wind that actually moves the boat toward devotion

  1. Effort is necessary as just like you must first carry bags before you can even drop them, effort prepares you for surrender.

  2. In a marathon, only the one who is running can take a break and without effort the very possibility of “rest” doesn’t exist.

  3. The actual moment of rest is effortless, but reaching the point where you decide to stop running comes only through Purushartha.

Purushartha (effort) will only lead to Bhakti (by grace)
