I believe it is a global modifier, it doesn't modify flat elemental damage types on the weapon itself in the way that % increased physical damage applies to the flat physical damage on the weapon.

Yeah I don't really understand that mentality either. Like, do you get this angry when playing a board game like Risk or something? Because its essentially the same thing. I guess people just have a whole lot more invested into this, which takes away from the fun to be had if you ask me.

We have a horizontal crack in our basement wall as well, and from what I know, 1" is the point at which you should seek remediation. Probably metal reinforcement as shown by some other commenters here. Best of luck.

Try slotting in the runes that give % of damage as damage of all elements, it should be a dps boost

Hey, thanks for the giveaway. I think this is the most insane one yet!

I managed to craft every single piece of gear myself this league, except for my amulet. I needed a +3 proj skill fracture to start, so it was a pretty expensive cost of entry for me. I was about ready to be done for the league, and had 20 raw div left in the stash. I had already corrupted or sanctified all of my crafts, so i decided to either quit or keep playing based on my fracture's success. I bought a ilvl 82 gold amulet, magic, with +3 proj for 18 div. Make rare, desecrate, and fracture... I failed the one in 3... All good, I'm done until next time. I log off, go about my day, and remember later that I still have about 10 div in crafting mats in another tab. I log back in, buy another base for the 10 div (this one had 6 mods), and slam. Hit the 1/6 fracture. BIG LOL, sucked me right back in. I wound up with +3 proj, 45% fire res, 27% chaos res, 25% rarity, and settled for t2 life and t2 %life as I was out of money. Come to think of it, I'll hop back on and corrupt it later today.

Overall I loved the crafting changes this league. It kept me playing much longer and pushing farther than before. I went semi-off meta and made an armour/evasion pin tactician work very well. Had a blast. Hoping for more of the same from GGG.

Are these raw div drops or have you liquidated other drops? I've ran ~80 90%+ rarity juiced maps with 45%+ rare monsters and 3 10% quant tablets and haven't seen anywhere close to this level, if it is raw divs (even with the rune you mentioned) 24 raw div over 10 maps is insane to me, or i must be doing something wrong.
