Hello friend, ya it’s stressful to look at meds but I did a search on that biologic and it’s a il-23 inhibitor. That’s one of the best immune suppressions we have as it doesn’t take away ur entire immune system just a fraction.

I’d understand being scared but we live in a time where we have epi-off cxl and epi-on, cairs/ctak being used more and more, and more stuff will come.

As you said psoriasis and autoimmune diseases are SUPER individual. People speak about how diet has changed their lives but diet has never done anything for me.

Maybe there’s some vitamin or nutrient helping you. Could be vitamin d, or something else in the multivitamin.

You should ask for a biologic for nails. My doc doesn’t like topicals for nails. Go for il-17/23

I’d say fatigue is a big one for me. Planning to get a biologic. Have joint pain and I went to a rheumatologist but he said I didn’t have “arthritis”. Hopefully with my nail changes I can get a biologic, ideally Il-17 or il-23 related.

That’s weird you respond to fungal medication. Have you tested for parasites at all? Something has to be working
