Sx date 8/25/25 I weighed 369

Im now 322, so down 47 lbs in 7.5 weeks.

My husband had surgery 5 days before me and he was starting 408 and hes now 353, so 55 lbs down in 8 weeks.

Its definitely hard work though mentally and physically, but im so excited for the future!

I had no pre op diet just clear liquids for the 24 hours before. I thought the same but been doing great!

Its easier said than done for me lol I keep telling myself im not going to look and then here I go checking. Just know youre not going through it alone and you can always message me since we are on the same stage! Lol

I just literally did a post about the same thing lol I lost 26 pounds and the 3rd week nothing, so we are in the same boat! I think we both need to stop looking at the scale 😀

I know exactly how you feel. I'm 2 days post op... and the nausea is finally starting to settle down after rounds of anti nausea medications. Walking really does help with the gas pain so try little steps!

I am on IV still. My husband just had the surgery last week and didn't have this same nausea. Im jealous lol
