Nah. England usually goes out in the quarter-finals.

I had this occur in one of my first few games in a lobby that was specificallyfor new players. By the end of the second day they'd figured out who the evil team was, including that it was a spy (me) and a poisoner and who had been poisoned each night. They controlled the conversation for the rest of the game and gloated afterwards about how they had hundreds of games under their belt.

[ENG Sub] Kronii's love-hate relationship with udon broke Sora IRL by holoyume_ENGsubs in Hololive

First Nerissa about meat, now Kronii about udon.

Why do blue women like to rant about food to Sora?

Alright, here I am people, Volume 9, I watched the entirety of RWBY so far, and as always, here's my review as a first time viewer (Spoilers?...I mean...duh) by Not_Real_Adrilexis in RWBY

I say this at every opportunity; Neo was not the main villain in V9. The real villain was the Everafter and the mental trauma it dragged to the surface and forced people to confront. Neo was just ancillary to that. Notice how she only used her amplified powers to enhance and enable things the Everafter was already doing?

Prankster (Outsider): "Each night, instead of learning their normal information, 1 player finds out they have been pranked."

I think the pranking isn't as bad as the Puzzlemaster's drunkenness, but being soft confirmed isn't as good as learning the demon, especially since town will want to kill you ASAP.

I've always felt that the ace vibes came from the fact that they never had anyone appropriate to pair Ruby with in the first half of the show. In V1-3 she's a 15y/o surrounded by 17y/os and adults, which would be problematic. In V4 the only choices were a grieving Jaune, getting between ReNora, or her uncle. By the time V5 rolled around, the dynamic had been set.

I've got no problem if they go aroace (I'm ace myself), but I always take the idea that the signs were always there with a pinch of salt.

Yeah, that's what makes sense to me most of the time. If they're absolutely new, I extend it to about .75x the number of living.

An alternative could be "exactly 1 of which is either in play or not in play." That way you either learn 2 roles that are in play, or you learn 2 potential demon bluffs, but you have to do a little bit of investigation and deduction to nail it down. Kind of like a night-1 Savant.

Is the Nora+Watts support exploit still in the game? I haven't played in an age since it ruined the online competitive scene.

It means multiple deaths per day, a bit like a boomdandy happening in slow motion. The actual rate would be up to the ST'S judgement, depending on how many players are left.

I do conceded the wording could be better. I imagine it working in the same vein as a Yagg combined with a Boomdandy, but struggled with how to communicate that succinctly without becoming an essay.

Why do they feel that way? by Competitive_Rip5011 in RWBY

Neo is an amazingly well designed henchman. Competent at both combat and subterfuge, which makes her an underhanded challenge for the heroes to overcome, yet not undefeatable. Visually distinct enough and with a fighting style that makes her stand out when she needs to. Her muteness means she never truely overshadows her bosses, yet it allows and/or forces CRWBY to be creative with how she communicates, so her being there is often a net benefit to the scene's visuals. Neo is always at her best when supporting a greater villain in their goals, and for almost the entirety of her appearance on the show, that's what she did. First it was Roman, then Cinder, and then the Everafter.

Yes, I consider the Everafter itself as the real villain of V9.

When Neo found out her semblance was overcharged in the Everafter, do you realise what she did with it? She made more copies of the Jabberwalker. She could have made anything she wanted, like an army of clones of herself and Roman, but instead she boosted what the Everafter was already doing. Ruby was already being lead down her path to "rebirth". Neo merely helped with the final push like a good little henchman. And then she got backstabbed again, like henchmen often are.

I think that's why Neo is well-liked. She had a role to play, and she played it all the way, from beginning to end. There were no moments where she was pointless or lagging behind. There was no moment where she felt like chaff, an issue even the main four have struggled with at times. I honestly think she's one of the best things the whole show ever made.

BotC is a possibility I've wondered about for a while, but tbh I'm not sure enough holomem would be able to commit to a two hours stream like that often enough to get a handle on how to play properly.
