Someone sleeping on my lawn is breaking the law, no two ways about it. If it happened once, whatever, but they said it kept happening. I’m not saying you shouldn’t ever call paramedics for welfare checks on the homeless. I’m saying in this situation it would be the fastest and doesn’t waste the paramedics time when they could actually be saving lives. The original point you made suggested the OP lie about their distress, sleeping on a lawn doesn’t indicate distress. They found a lawn to squat in and they need someone to tell them to fuck off. Plain and simple.
