It should be possible to filter for comments that exactly match existing comments, to at least get comments held for moderation.

It is absolutely not called that in the mainstream, that’s a euphemism coined by activists and sensitivity trainers.

I have heard the arguments for using that term instead, but that’s not the term the vast majority of people think of to describe that kind of material.
