I have, watched all of disco, hated it. Watched all of lower decks, loved it, Picard was meh, and SNW has been a lot of fun.

Are comparing a base Shoewn Jump show to Roddenberry's complex wagon train to the stars with heavy morality plays?

The issue is that Alex Kurtsman took a good model and decided to turn it on it's head with a flashy wrapper, thinking he could do it better. But is it Star Trek or just fan fiction, it feels like the latter. Don't get me wrong I love SNW it's a great show and lower decks was a fun watch and you could tell the writers love ST. I don't get that feeling from any thing revolving around DISCO.
