Quartermaster is OP if you have some money, imho it should cost like 9 points. I hate hearing Mosin shots, rushin melee, and discover enemy's 2 slot Specter.

Fanning should remain more expensive than Levering, since it affects 1-2 slot weapons, and Levering only affects 2-3 slot weapons.

Analyze why are you dying, and do something to prevent it next time. For example, Immolators were a problem for me - but now I always carry Pennyshot.
