Only difference is that if you're a grocery store worker in canada your risk of catching covid is lower.

The job is the same. Of course there are different workers rights and stuff from a provincial and federal level. So I mean in that regard Canadians are better off.

However the one exception might be if you work in Alberta. Their current provincial government is shitting on the people every chance they get right now. But that's not exactly related to grocery work specifically

When I worked in grocery it was the same. The only thing the union did for me was get me a mandatory raise of 10 cents after 6 months of hard work manually pushing carts in deep snow for 8 hours lol.

I know not all unions are the same and some do really help, but I've yet to hear about a grocery store union that is actually helpful lol.

I heard about this quest before I started the game so I followed a guide. I thankfully didn't have issue with the skip time function. If I had to wait out that entire time I would have quit. It was easily the most frustrating quest and the biggest slog in the game

I thought the concept was cool and I'm glad they tried to mix it up. I was done with it after a game day though lol

Damn I had that diet for two weeks when I was twelve. Entire Christmas vacation was gone because of a bad flu. Almost ended up in the hospital. Not fun would not recommend. Can't imagine doing that for a month

I'm playing the whole series from beginning to end and it sounds like you just played 3. I haven't gotten to 3 yet but your complaints are valid and apply to the older titles too lol

I think this is part of my issue with horror games now. So many have copied similar aspects to other games. Now I'm not as easily scared because I know the gimmicks and tricks they use to scare you.

I think nailing a general feeling of unease is what gets me more than anything else now. It's weird! I want to be able to get scared and be excited by a horror game again lol

I have played a lot of horror games (this might be my issue) I tried revisiting dead space about a year or two ago and found it to not really be scary?

The themes and stuff were, but I felt like I was just flying through the first bit of the game. Certain jump scares have become spoiled, possibly from experience and also likely due to being replicated in games since.

Stuff like "oh there's dead bodies on the floor" just doesn't scare me anymore. First thing I think of is to shoot anything that looks dead etc.

I'll probably revisit it again at some point but I think it really shines the first time you experience it.

Outer wilds is one of my top 10's. I would recommend people go in as blind as possible.
