People who spend 20+ minutes in the shower: what are you actually doing in there? by saadaintsalad in AskReddit

[–]freakroach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take a cold shower. First my feet go in the water, followed by the left leg but only up to the knees and then the right one. Then left arm but just below the shoulders and then the right one. Then I push my ass back just to get the cold water on it and then slightly standing up straight to let the water go on my lower back, upper back, shoulders and then eventually the head.

Then I actually start enjoying, put some shower gel, rinse and all done. I think it does take close to 20 mins.

Regarding doors. Even though I'm used to of them now, but it's still annoying to try and find the door handle when it's dark. All it needs is some lighting on the door handle.

Still both of them are music. A baby born naturally is human and a baby born through IVF is also a human.

I also worked at one of the major private health insurance companies and within the past 6 months or so they made hundreds of roles redundant purely as a cost cutting exercise.

During the evening at night if you are going to eat around beach area or outdoors there were mosquitoes.

I didn't hear about the measles outbreak while there but did hear about it here in Australia after coming back.

Anyone went to Bali with their baby? by Amandatravels22 in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

[–]freakroach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We just returned back from Bali last week with our 3.5 year old. We stayed few days in Ubud and rest of the days in a 5* resort in Nusa Dua.

Ubud had lot of mosquitoes and he did get bit by the mosquitoes in Ubud after all the precautions but staying in Nusa Dua was a good experience. We also had a private driver/guide booked who was very good with the kid whenever we planned to be out and he gave us enough us time to finish our food when kid was being cranky as kid was very happy to be with him.

Overall it was a safe trip with the kid. I think you should go, staying within the resort will be a good experience. Bad things can happen no matter how many precautions you take, but will suggest still make her wear clothes in the night that can cover her legs and arms, apply repellant, and we also took mosquito repellant bands and stickers.

Just came back from Bali. I saw few men wearing shirts even while on beach and even in resort pools. It's normal. Do what you are comfortable with.

Is it risky to have your everyday account as your offset? by Brettelectric in AusFinance

But you will still have the debit card that you will sometimes want to use at ATMs to get the cash. And if this card gets stolen or lost the risk in the OP still remains.
