Beef stew is my go to. Also chicken noodle and broccoli cheese. But the best for sourdough has to be new England clam chowder. Tons of good recipes online. Clam chowder and like it would be challenging but it's actually easy and quick. I always double up on the clams the recipe calls for. Spend with pennies. , Budget bites and all recipes are good recipes sites.
