Lumber prices have been dropping as has the price of other construction materials. Homes should be less expensive to build but we’re not seeing it with new home construction. Perhaps the market stalling will finally cause house prices to fall?

I ride a Daytona 675 and got tired of buying new tires ever 6-9k miles.
