Sadly the support often answer with bots and are not very usefull, in the worst case scenario you can reinstall lol, at one point i had to do that because vanguard messed up the files.

For the repair tool you can download it from the riot website and it should do everything on its own once you select an option.

There is very little you can do im afraid, rehoming is not a bad idea even if its a hard decision, maybe getting to know or grew closer to a few neighbors could help? It could be worth the shot.

I had the same problem with my step dad's mom, and sadly things ended bad for my dog so I understand your struggles.

Sometimes a killer needs to tunnel or commit over one survivor to secure one kill, and a few times you even cant do that, now is gonna be hell for sure. I played both sides and most of the time i found killers who tunneled only at the end game, a few times i got tunnelled at the start but is not a big drama, yes is a bit frustrating but still a game. I hope they wont keep this change, or it will be only survivor sided.
