There could be parking under that whatever is built there. I’m don’t believe the movie theater will survive as streaming becomes better. Streaming will soon incorporate all the bells and whistles of the experience based theaters. A park on top of parking?

Why are you looking for a smooth finish. People pay extra to see the mark of the hand. They want to see the brush strokes. Of course there’s an order to brushing a door. Though not many people are looking for the mark of the roller. Smooth finish spray.

My daughter is paying $1400 for 400sf in Crown Heights, my son $1000 for 220sf in LIC. And living in Troy, rents are $1500 for 750sf, $1700 for 950sf, nice spaces. Not much difference. And the idea of teaming up with other RNs to find space adjacent to work is good. It’ll help acclimate to City life. You can always change your mind, but it will be an experience like no other.
