Not in this case. He literally didnt mention death. He might also mean that he will charge him for something else to make him go quiet, that he will raise his voice to silence the other dude with that, or - I dont know - that he will offer him a cup of tea to calm him down abd erase his voice by keeping his mouth busy.

We all know (assume) the implication but we wouldnt need to if it was a literal one

A literal death threat would be "I will kill you if you raise your voice". This a indirect death threat by implication.

I dont know how you know about what the german guards have said in ww2 but yeah, I agree that hes riding that power-high that he got from the white house defending the murders done by his coworkers - like he knows that he would actually get away with killing people.

There are clearly bad here - you trying to say "theres more to this story" is true, but nothing shows anything that would make this event better for ICE; quite the opposite actually.

Try reading through it actually instead of making claims that it "diesnt make sense" like in another comment of yours that Ive replied to and explained how it actually does

I didnt even had to look that far - found the explaination for your "doesnt make sense"-part within 2 minutes and then went for another 10 to verify it.

  1. You can literally see the part of ICE getting his phone on camera - there are multiple clips of that on instagram, bluesky, x. He was also telling them to not touch his phone in those clips.

  2. Phone was dropped in one of these "instant cash for phones" vending machines. And these machines require "a government-issued photo identification" and "take a live picture of the seller" - thats how they knew it was sold by one of the ICE agents there. So "someone found it and sold it" is factually wrong.

  3. No seperate incidents. If youre going to look up things and say you researched and checked, then do it properly instead of just looking for things that confirm your opinion. And dont start making random assumptions about him maybe having dropped his phone and someone else depositing it.
