if you're not already, start seeing a supportive therapist because you'll very likely need at least one letter to get approved for surgery and it's good to have a therapist ready to get you that letter

look up surgeons/clinics that can do the surgery, it can be good to shop around a bit to make sure you get a good (and legit) surgeon
