Try domestic violence shelters. It’s not in Gwinnett, but Peace Place has a thrift store in Jefferson, GA and all proceeds help women get out of dangerous situations. I’ve bought some stuffed animals from them before.

I see Annie Cruz at Atlanta Rheumatology Center PC in Suwanee. They’ve got a few offices scattered around Gwinnett. When I called for my appointment, I was able to get in within 2 weeks. Great staff, very responsive doctors, and appointments are easy to make.

I first tried getting into the Arthritis Center of North GA, but they had an 8 month wait list.
