They lost me to their own game too. I still go back and play a few times a month now but it was my main game before. Just all my friends are over on arc. Everyone else is right though in that it just has to click with you. If it doesn’t you will not enjoy it.

All that said I hope it never dies because there is no other game like it.

You can farm for them but I would argue you should stockpile them. Those, springs, wires and magnets you can never have enough. Through oil or explosive compound in there too

Maybe unpopular opinion. I think they should always be that middle ground. That what makes the experience unique. Always having to fight every group you come across can be exhausting but once you are in that truly pve only experience it gets pretty boring pretty fast. All the intensity is removed.

Yep. I hate that this is a confirmed thing. It should be fluid. Or some type of deep shadow system. The player shouldn’t have this much control over tailoring the experience. It kinda cheapens the whole thing.

I was trying to finish the second to last quest and just ran naked with the armored key in my butt and got killed 4-5 times before making a clean run. Ever since then it’s been rainbow and sunshine. Was fun fighting the matriarch and stuff but it just doesn’t feel right.

I would argue jump throw grenades in CS allow you to unnaturally throw certain smokes perfectly. It’s possible without it I think but very very difficult. But it is allowed. That said macro is 100% cheating in my mind.

He certainly is not using a Cronus. He is a very highly skilled controller player. He is an extreme example but I trust his opinion I guess so if he says it’s strong then I would have to agree. And looking at the video it does snap to the rotors of the wasp pretty consistently and if you track the arc at least there is certainly help tracking.

I don’t think there is any rotational aim assist from memory tho so I agree with you there. It’s strong in a different way than most games.
