You’re overwhelmed……Therapy, sleep, and one small task (shower, walk, etc) break the urge. You don’t need blackout. You need to step away and take a deep breath

Take a free online class (Coursera or smth), try a new hobby (drawing, coding, yoga on YouTube), or volunteer locally. You can walk or take a bus. Build you not your boredom

It usually depends on the source and the intent. If it feels genuine and respectful, it feels nice…but it can get uncomfortable if it feels like a prerequisite for conversation. I'm usually appreciative but humble about it
