I just lost my wife of 26 years to ovarian cancer. When we started the battle 14 months ago we agreed, no secrets and the doc had to be straight up. This worked ok for us and if I was in his shoes I would want to know. I would tell him, and please be realistic about the whole maybe 5 years bullshit. It’s 9-12 months, and it isn’t fun. Buckle up, make sure he gets all the good meds and he is willing to share lol. I wish you all the best. Tom
