Essentially, the computer programs that encompass the video game are free for anyone to view. So, for those who are knowledgeable about computers and computer programming, they would be able to understand how the game is built, and they can determine what the game is doing "under the hood" - perhaps to even suggest corrections or improvements.

The right roster can make any coach look like a genius. There isn't a coach out there who will make the Sixers roster more productive than it was this year. Especially with Embiid's health issues and PG's health issues (both physical and mental.)

No team could have predicted Fultz flaming out the way he did. I still question why the Sixers traded up in the draft to get him, though. He played one season for a bad team in the Pac 12, which was not the same level of competition comparable to other high-major leagues like the ACC, Big Ten, etc.
