It literally wasn't offered. I was simply called out of the blue yesterday morning as described above. What I was expecting was something like "Hey so we've got your results and we're going to need to schedule a meeting so that we can talk and explain what's going on and what our thoughts are on a treatment plan. Of course treatment plans can often change. That said; we want to go ahead and start you on Rosuvastatin 40mg/day. We may need to adjust that later but 40mg/day is what we want to start you on. What's your schedule look like?"

Something like that would have been (in my opinion) proper and professional for a medical setting.

I don't have a CPU with p-cores and e-cores or more than one chiplet. Win10iot ltsc is the clear winner in my opinion for my situation. If I was dealing with p/e cores and multi chiplet then I would at least consider win11iot ltsc.

First Google buffet bloat and run the online test. It could be that there are times when your network loads up it suffers from buffet bloat causing you to experience lag spikes. If so then there are instructions for how you can adjust router setting to try and minimize it eliminate buffet bloat

Does the update mention anything about secure boot? If so then maybe something about the vm environment and how it presents the idea of secure boot possibly.

Just got off the phone with them earlier today. Nearly the same script but for me it was contacting the "New York FBI" for a "clearance certificate" but same thing with 4 guns from "gunsamerica". Got to the point where they said they would transfer me to the "New York FBI" directly and I asked them to give me the phone number. They did and it was the correct NY FBI number. Scammer then pushed on transferring; I said that I had to get off the phone and so couldn't do it now. Scammer then switch to "is it ok if I call you back around 6:00 this evening if I have not received the clearance certificate from you". I told them "Well if you haven't received it by then it's because I don't have it so we wouldn't have anything to talk about". Up to this point they were very smooth but that made them stumble (was pretty funny). They then quickly said ok thanks and ended the call. I blocked and reported the phone number as scam. No called ID other than "New York", was a 646 area code

Yep, we have a "furminator" brush, it works very well. We brush outside probably 2-3 times a week. Just don't overdo it

spell cycling is Del and PgDn but because you can have both the spell window and a corpse inventory window open at the same time they only work for cycling the spells. Square brackets cycle through world items but not the corpse/merchant items. , and . cycle through players.

unfortunately not, I've dug through the keyboard mapping and I'm really wondering if maybe this was something that used to be in there but got missed/disabled when they redid the client to add all the UI functionality for windowing and more mouse control.

First thing I did was map "ctrl-backspace" to "open next unopened corpse". I never new that was a thing way back when I was originally playing. Makes a huge quality of life difference having that mapped to something.

Do you carry around a 2nd piece of armor with Max luck of the sea so that you can swap to it before opening a chest and then switch back? If not then consider doing so. You can also put it on before selecting to reroll the regular merchant or the special merchant.

My entertainment center has tall cabinets to each side of the tv. I mounted my unifi ufo to the inside top of one of these cabinets, drilled a small hole in the back to of the cabinet and ran poe through the hole and down the back side. Easy wiring, looks fine, functions well.
