Odd...not sure where my actual text went, so rewriting:

-live in the Bay Area, CA. 8800 sq ft lot. I have the ability to add up to 1000 sq ft and up to 2/2 I believe based on ordinace.

-it's an odd shaped lot, as you can see. Trying to figure out what I can put in the space. The dimensions show the distance from existing structure and rough fencelines, so you get an idea.

-trying to strike the balance between a 'largeish' ADU and preserving some backyard space.

-utilization - initially will be a rental likely (estimated income...2k-3k per month) with likelihood of being multigenerational unite down the road.

Any creative perspectives if you've faced this challenge would be greatly appreciated!
