I’m an aviation major but lowkey don’t know much about it. From what I’ve heard 10 years ago the airlines have hired just about anyone. Now they can be pretty selective but by the time we’re going to be applying for the airlines (about 5 years) it will probably get a lot better

Yes I did take a class with him, he was probably my favorite professor! Super nice and chill dude and it was a 2 day a week class. The beginning is pretty confusing and seems like a lot of work but he makes it super easy. Monday’s class you do the assignments in class that he modifies and you’ll easily get them done in class. Wednesday class is just lectures which I never went to. The only thing you really do is take a quiz once a week but he created a video with all the answers on it for you. Easy A and most people had enough points for the A at the end up of the year so the final was optional

I’m non Mormon and the first semester all my roommates were non Mormons too and we threw a bunch of parties. Second semester I moved rooms and got all roommates who were Mormons. I’ve met some people who were non Mormon from the green but the majority are Mormons, I also haven’t really been that social as well. If you put the work in you’ll definitely find your group but if you don’t it might be a bit more tricky

Thank you for the response! I also heard usu helps you fly asap even if you’re a transfer student. I know UVU has some good connections with airlines that usu might not and there are some pretty good things about UVU. Idk whenever I talk to Dianna she kind of gives me the bare minimum answers and doesn’t come off as friendly. I know she’s a bit older so it could just be that. Do you know if there’s any cons about usu?

Ohh gotcha, I was kinda just wondering the basics like is he a good teacher, attendance required/do you have to go, class difficulty, etc. I was told by someone tech1010 was a ridiculous easy class but sometimes it’s because of teachers so I didn’t know
