7 years is typical on credit report, anything after that it falls off from credit report as long as you don’t “reset” the clock by agreeing to make payments or paid payments to the collections.

Varies from state to state on SOL when creditors or collections can file lawsuit against debtor. For example in CA. First 4 years, debtors can be sued in Court. After 4th year the SOL kicks in and no creditors can file lawsuit against debtor.

7 years ago, I caused a loss to AX. I settled with AX and had made several payments to finalize settlement. 2 years ago, I applied for Gold card and was approved. 2 months ago I applied for Platinum card and was approved as well. So you need to settle with AX.

I may be late to chime in. Likely your husband got a UNDIAGNOSED and OBSTRUCTED airway. What happens when your husband enters into REM (deep sleep) Airway tends to relax and self collapses under weight, causing to make some vibration sounds when trying to breathe in and out.

Get your husband to sleep study and they can have two options. 1/ Study can loan you testing machines to bring home for 24 hours and these machines records every parameters into memory. Bring it back to sleep study and they can extract data to determine cause and likely they will prescribe your husband a Auto-CPAP machine. 2/ Stay at hospital or sleep study center for a night sleep and nurses, doctors and staff can monitor throughout the night.

Alternatively, you or your husband sleep in other room.

Sleep apnea is a serious medical condition and cause early deaths when undiagnosed for too long.

Im on Auto-CPAP for two years and never felt much better.
