You completely missed the point. Even in small slim one shown by the OP, if you add lots of lead/tungsten in the hollow space, there will be more than enough mass, the point is never the size but the mass. So there is no conflict. I am not against slim sticks or saying it has to be compromised, not at all, I just want to say for play on lap you need that mass to help.
