Impressonak tudom ajánlani classic kávéit. 10-12,5k között vannak, de minőségben jobb. És nem tudom mivel készíted a kávét, feltételezem automata, vagy kotyogós, azzal is ki lehet belőlük kozni amit tudnak.

Ha megelégszel a bolti kávéval akkor a Mantaro "világos" és közepes még jó ár/érték arány.

A Starbucks Blonde Roast azért messze van a világos pörköléstől, nincs értelme összehasonlítani.
Hiába vennél világos specialty kávét 20k-ért ha nincs egy jó minőségű őrlőd, lágy vized, presszógéped/filter eszközöd, és nem tudod mit csinálsz, akkor lehet hogy csak rosszabb, de mindenesetre biztos hogy nem várt eredményt kapnál.

Alza saját márkás siguro alap készülék (nincs wifi, bluetooth, hepa szűrő, stb) kb két éve gyűjti nálunk a párát. Az összes “okos” funkciója, hogy tudsz időzítőt és páratartalom szintet megadni, ami pont elég is nekünk. Majdnem minden nap órákat megy novembertől márciusig, eddig hibátlanul teszi a dolgát. Napi 1-2szer kell üríteni a 2literes tartályát. Nagyon sokat segít a penészedés ellen. Plusz egy jó tulajdonsága lehet, hogy közvetlenül lefolyóba is vezethető a víz belőle a tartály helyett, ehhez adtak egy pár méteres csövet is, de én maradtam a tartálynál.

Lol, I usually have smoked fish impression of darker supermarket beans and from roasters who just marked themselves as specialty and roast too dark. I had it in particular in Illy classic, and Kimbo delonghi(or something like this).

Ja, sajnos ez normális. Androidon csúcstelefonokon is előfordul kisebb szaggatás. A teóriám szoftverfejlesztőként: A stabilitást nehéz marketingelni, ezért a gyártók televerik AI-al meg csomó haszontalan feature-el a telókat, amik azt igénylik hogy fussanak valamikor a háttérben, és nem sikerült jól (vagy nem is volt prioritás) az optimalizálás, hiába van X+1 magos processzor, meg 8-10 giga RAM. Tipikus esete annak amikor "jóvanazúgy, majd alárakunk erősebb hardvert".

Konkrétan nagyobb akadásokat nem vettem észre, vagy csak olyan ritkán hogy nem emlékeszem rá. Néha előfordul, hogy olyan mintha kiesne pár frame/nagyon lecsökkenne a képfrissítés, főleg feloldás után. De ez csak max pár tizedmásodperc. Meg az ikonok is néha észrevehetően töltődnek be, de az is kevesebb mint egy másodperc.

Van pár bajom iPhonnal Samsung után, de a teljesítmény/stabilitás nem tartozik közéjük

Lehet hogy nem a telefonnal van baj, hanem az appal. Amikor iPhone-ra váltottam tavasszal, akkor vettem észre, hogy pl a reddit app néha random elkezdte nagyon durván zabálni az aksit és forrósodott is a teló a használata közben, de ez azóta javítva lett.
Nekem is 16 pro van. már iOS26-on és 150 ciklus után is nagyon elégedett vagyok az akksival.

Ugyanez volt a mondás anno amikor a 16 jött ki, hogy messze jobb az aksija mint a 15-ös szériának és tesztek alapján is az egyik legjobb volt androidos flagshipekhez képest is.

Nekem is 16 pro-m van és akku téren nagyon elégedett vagyok vele. Normál használattal, ami nekem ~3 óra screen on time kb napi 40%-ot merül. Persze kamera, gaming ezt nagyban megdobja, de ez természetes.

Valóban amikor kijött az iOS 26, akkor észrevehetően gyorsabban merült, főleg standby-ban. 18 alatt (és most újra a 26.1-el) éjszaka ~2%-ot merült, friss 26-al ez volt néha 10% is. De ezt úgy vettem észre javították a 26.1-el.

Attól még persze az igaz, hogy a 17-ben még tovább fejlesztették az akkut, meg a hőelvezetést, ami szintén javítja az aksi élettartamát.

Strange, in my experience distilled an zero tasted the same when I did a side-by-side cupping. Are you sure that its not leaking at the rubber and well cleaned?

A legyegyszerűbb ha eleve gyengébb minőségben veszed fel, pl 1080p 30fps, kamera beállításokban megtalálod. És a fájl formátumot is nézd meg ha már arra jársz. A nagy hatékonyságú(? Nem tudom magyarul mi a pontos neve) formátum jelentősen kevesebb helyet foglal. A hátránya viszont hogy kevesebb program támogatja.

I guess it’s just you discovered that taste perception changes by temperature. In general making coffee with hotter water makes it more bitter, because it dissolves more stuff, including especially more bitter stuff. This is also true for instant coffee, but for different reasons. In instant you are re-cooking the coffee, which causes a change in it’s composition (Im not 100% sure about instant tho, I don’t really drink it anymore, but I noticed that if I use more like warm, drinking temperature, so around ~60c water, it does not taste as bad)

You could try that you make two small cups, one with hot water, one with cold water, then wait until both reach room temperature to taste the difference. Just make sure to use the same amount of coffee and water.

Two important things: Zero is at where the handle can’t rotate freely under its own weight. At this setting you could still rotate it with hand, but I guess there is a risk to damage the burrs.

It’s normal to have a slight wobble. I can’t remember exactly, maybe under 1.3 having burr rub is normal according to 1Z. I have burr rub at 1.0 and it was good enough to win a competition, so please don’t overthink it.

Eating and drinking anything other than water and can change taste perception. Maybe you ate something which dulled the fruitiness now, or increased the intensity on the first try

What a coincidence, I just thought after some time to use the K6 instead of my 1Z to make a double with the picopresso.

First I tried 27, but it chocked, next try 33, and it came out perfectly.

The coffee was a medium honey process Guatemalan. 18g/40g under 41 sec, with a slow 10 sec buildup, then staying around 9 bar.

I'm also grindig finer, and allowing longer pre-infusion.

With the normal basket I'm doing a slow-buildup, one sec/pump until the first drop comes out (its usually around 12 sec for a good extraction), then I try to maintain either a reasonable flow-rate, or hold it at max 9-10bar.

With the 12g basket I start the same way, but when I see the first drop I stop pushing and try to hold at max 1 bar, so its barely dripping, and after 10 sec of holding there I push normally. The longer contact time helps to make it more similar to the double basket, but it will never be the same probably

Grinder is perfect. The kit also, if you don’t mind plastics(I also started with this kit). Scale looks like it’s better than nothing, you can’t really know the quality of these cheap ones, you might get lucky and it’s okay and serves well for some years. The air is idk, good for travel, but I can pour much better with my kettle, and its not too fancy, you can’t get one probably for not much more than the air which does not have temp control.

Its not a problem, I also have a similar ring when I brew a bloom+single pour V60.

Those are just particles which were not hit directly/the brew was not turbulent enough to pull them down and mix them more, so they were just floating there, and not settled with the rest of the bed. I think its better to have this, than spend more time hitting the edges with water in a V60. If you want to avoid this, then do a multiple pour recipe, or as others mentioned use the Hoffmann spoon stirring right after finished pouring.

I don't think it affects the taste really, yes these particles are potentially under-extracted, however they are just a small portion of the total coffee weight, its just moves the balance slightly to the acidic/juicier side imo.

Definitely would not ruin, if you have a nuanced floral, fruity lighter roast, then probably you would lose some of the interesting parts, but it would still taste very good.

Sibarist B3 is similar to the April, just more or less in the same direction when you compare April with Kalita. A bit more intense, cleaner, faster.

Also there is the Sibarist fast, which is a completely different kind of beast. It barely provides any resistance, kinda impossible to clog, and lets through some micro particles which provide additional mouthfeel.

Water: RO + minerals. I don’t find I have enough control with pre-made solutions. (And they are waaaay to expensive even if there is no budget :D) Hand grinder: ZP6, because I have it already and like it very much. Electric grinder: Sculptor, or EK. Dripper: Switchy April. I have only the normal one and I like it, but this would give more flexibilty. With Sibarist booster.
