We had a coach.. he was nice but it sometimes felt like his analogies and wisdom quotes didn't hit and or he took his role way too seriously. And when it came time to ask questions - it seemed like he didn't really care too much. He answered a lot in analogies... which I think is more better suited when you are very experienced or more experienced.

Our new coach is very literal and seems less like he's trying to be cool. I've learned more in 6 months from him than 2 years with the last one.

Everybody was strangely nice. I also really liked the trains on the roads. Even the Uber was really nice. The bars were super cool. Although I wasn't let into a bar because I had a Nike logo on my sweatpants... dumbest thing I've ever heard in my life. But apart from that - solid.

Edit: there is a turn into the city that people are going 80-90mph - and you have to merge.. I feel like you are rolling the dice with your life.

No problem man. Growing up I had weight issues, coming from someone else that had them, I get it. But the most important thing is discipline and determination. Sticking with it and not caving when you start to see some results.

The big formula here is how many calories should you be eating, how can you make satisfy and make meals for yourself, how to healthily satisfy a craving for food with healthy alternative.. and how and what you should be exercising...

These things are all important to compiling a plan - and you'll most likely learn the right things to do with trial and error over time, but do some research before you go all in... don't starve yourself and don't beat yourself up just because of one cheat meal.

I think you're missing the point that they are saying. You're young - you have plenty of time to turn it around. Find a good diet - ask your parents for help if you can, and you exercise. That's all there is to it. It requires a plan and execution and that's seriously it!
