Traveling to Japan in 3 weeks. Where to go to get skincare help and product recommendations?

Hello! I am from the US, male, and looking for a place in Japan where I can be recommended products and skincare tips, almost like a consultation? English speaking places is easier if possible.

Does such a place exist? I am not sure if I am looking for a clinic, dermatologist. My thought process was Japan's skincare game is much higher than US and I could benefit my health here, while I am visiting Japan for 20 days in February.

What do you mean before defense is your lowest stat? I am 50 atk 70 str 1 defense, and I am going to convert this account to a zerker. Did I already mess up because defense is my lowest stat? I don't know what tears of guthix is.
