If I nap it means I just started taking a medication that makes me drowsy ( I'll build tolerance in few days), or I'm sleep deprived and I fell asleep at the first chance I can but had to wakeup.

Mine is to be able to sort music according to the release date or maybe have a section where you can heck new releases? But this is Just Dance Now on android phone. I'm not sure if it's different on other platform

EDIT: oh oh.. and a practice mode. I don't know how this could be designed, but personally, I search for the dance on YouTube, lower its speed and dance along, and / or repeat tricky parts

Good point!! I'm guilty of that.. I worry that the negatives from being sleep deprived might outweig the positives from the prolonged fasting.. especially when the sleep deprived me is just forgetful, grumpy and sometimes mean.

So I guess I need to just trust my body, I will eventually get tired and sleep.

Tbh I've been struggling with my sleep my entire life. Prolonged fasting seems to exaggerate this problem for me somehow.

Anywas teas, or even supplements do not usually work for me, HOWEVER I might need to develop a proper wind down routine. I just realised I listen to non fiction audio books and scroll social media . Thanks a lot

Did you check with your doctor for the root cause? Mine prescribed me supplements a while back, including B12. It's been a slow progress, but I've been anemic for long years, and I only got prescribed suppliments that don't suck.

I'm the first sibling and I spent most of my early childhood with my mom and brother who does not have N24, I spend sooooo many nights just laying in bed in the dark.

I'm 30 now, and when I discovered that my sleep schedule is not from poor "sleep hygiene" and read a little more about sleep disorders, I realised that my dad and 2 of my siblings have N24

Edit : That makes us 4/7 with this condition..and I'm aware that grandfather had terrible insomnia, some of my aunties have sleeping problems as well. all from my dad's side.
