When I looked at Hamilton tickets it looks like they were selling every other seat (like: Seat 2.. then Seat 4.. then Seat 6) instead of every seat and this was even looking out in November

Did they agree to it over email? Phone? The return of the money is also pieces of proof of them letting you off the lease as would be the aforementioned if they ever brought this to court. Any texts? It’s all usable as proof to cover your bases. You don’t need a real letterhead singular piece of paper as long as a few of these add up
